Decision support

Panama Property Radar organizes property information and private household research. It is not a brokerage, MLS, legal service, inspection service, appraisal, lender, insurer, accountant, or investment adviser.

Verify before acting

Listings and third-party information may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate. Members remain responsible for professional verification before entering any transaction.

Source attribution and location uncertainty

Third-party listings remain attributed and linked to their source. Map positions may identify only a building, street, neighborhood, or district and are displayed with a confidence level or uncertainty radius when available. A marker is not proof of a parcel boundary, unit, title, availability, or legal address.

Account responsibility

Members must provide accurate registration information, protect their credentials, use the service lawfully, and avoid uploading content they do not have the right to use.

Access and enforcement

Accounts may be restricted or deactivated to protect members, comply with law or source policies, or address misuse. A deactivated email may be prevented from registering again.

Production review required

These initial terms document the intended product behavior and must receive qualified legal review before public production launch.
